Probably the first of its kind in Sri Lanka’s agency world?
On 2nd August, Ideamind proudly launched the first episode of its original podcast series, Mind Our Business, across all digital platforms. The response was immediate – within just 48 hours, the episode soared past 50,000 views on TikTok. By Day 4, it had already crossed the 75,000 mark, capturing the attention (and laughter) of a wide audience.
The series follows a mockumentary-inspired format, blending satire, storytelling, and tongue-in-cheek humour to explore workplace culture, startup life, and all the oddities in between – the kind of content that entertains while staying delightfully self-aware.
Mind Our Business opens with stories from Ideamind’s pioneering team members – Krishan J, Jeremiah Jebendra, and Hatim Aliasger – who reflect on the company’s early days, how they got started, and the quirky, unforgettable moments that shaped Ideamind’s journey. Following them, current team members will also step into the spotlight to share their own perspectives, memories, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
The podcast is hosted by Jeramine Alexander, a familiar face on social media known for her sharp humour and offbeat style. Her charismatic presence and witty delivery bring an extra edge to the series.
This might be the first-ever mockumentary-inspired podcast series in Sri Lanka’s agency world, making Ideamind the first to release such a concept. It’s a bold, creative leap that blends entertainment and company culture in a way rarely seen in the industry.
