Strategic Leadership Update at Ideamind

In a key strategic move, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Steve Enas, former CEO of Ideamind, as Consulting Director, effective 1st February 2025.

Enas assumed duties in this newly created part-time position, where he will provide high-level strategic oversight as the company navigates a pivotal period of transition. His appointment follows a significant restructuring earlier this year aimed at streamlining operations and strengthening the leadership structure.

The CEO position will remain vacant for the time being as the company continues to refine its organisational strategy. During this transitional phase, Enas will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, guiding the agency’s long-term direction and drawing on his extensive experience in executive management and business transformation.
