Monitoring Hours

We will be monitoring all pages once in every two hours from 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays. Inquiries received after 5pm will be monitored on the next business day. In special cases we will be monitoring all pages once a day on weekends.


Negative and Positive Feedback

Negative comments will be monitored, hidden and will be share with the team. Positive feedback will be will monitored and will be shared with the team.


Lead generation Campaigns

If it is a potential inquiry will follow up and collect the lead and share within the team daily basis. Or can be shared via google sheet (Realtime update) When running mass campaigns, we encourage client to run a bot to get the potential leads.
